Free Introduction to 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course

This session will introduce potential students to the over-arching themes of the class, history of MBSR and qualifications of the teacher. This free introductory session will offer a short sample of the practices we will be learning and using during the eight weeks course. The teacher will facilitate this introductory session and will answer all questions pertaining to this course to assist you in determining whether to participate. An opportunity to register for the class will be provided at the end of the evening.
