We will enjoy immersion in silence, seated meditation, Dharma talks based on classic Zen art, indoor and outdoor meditation in the Plum Village tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. Also mindful eating, singing, poetry, art making, artful journaling, and burning bowl ceremony. Begins with a light supper Friday night. A way to open your heart to your full creative nature. Collage, painting, pastels and mixed media. You will take home a journal containing your own art, poems, inner Buddha wisdom and enlightenment. Bring your beginner’s mind. I’d you play an instrument, please bring it.
