Achieving Results On and Off The Pillow

Understanding how temperament and habitual tendencies thwart our intentions for good, we will practice step-by-step, individualized meditation and “off the pillow” prescriptions and antidotes with five results. It will open the heart, clear the mind, release emotional pain in the body, ¬†increase resolve and awaken confidence. Such clarity and inner contentment naturally deepens our meditation experience and fosters transformation.
This 4 to 7-day meditative intensive is suitable for yogis of all ages and experience. If you are experienced but stuck or want to develop a practice more relevant to your mental challenges; or if you wish to develop a strong, relevant  meditation practice from the beginning, this retreat is for you.
Each full day will include 6 hours sitting and moving meditation, 3 hours dharma instruction, and Q&A. Retreatants may register for 3 additional days of self-directed retreat with a daily group meditation, interview and dharma talk.
