Cultivating an Open Heart in a Chaotic World

with Acharya Dr. Maureen Hall and John Cunningham

October 5 - 7, 2018

Recent events in our world may give us the sense that things are more chaotic than ever.  We are faced with news and events on a weekly basis that awaken our frustration, anger, and fear.  If we are not careful, we can easily slip into thought patterns and behaviors rooted in these mind conditions.

The thoughts and actions we take will be much more likely to lead to the kinds of outcomes we ultimately seek. Our retreat will focus on ways to connect with a compassionate and open heart in the midst of chaos.
