Restorative Yoga accompanied by Gaelic Vibrations
with Suzanne Tindol
October 12, 2018
Join us for a restorative yoga and sound healing experience, with yoga lead by Suzanne Tindol and the music of Aoife Clancy.
Restorative yoga is the centering of your breath and body- aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods. Props will assist in keeping your body comfortable as you move from one pose into the next. Suzanne will give clear instructions as she guides attendees into 6 or 7 restorative poses. Aoife will compliment the poses with her soothing Gaelic melodies to create a meditative and nourishing experience.
Yoga mats and props will be provided for your convenience; however, please feel free to bring your own if you wish.
After the event, join us for hot apple cider and baked goods!
