with Cynthia Calhoun

June 5 - 7, 2020

You live in a world with lots of distractions, stress and anxiety. There is a way to find the calm in the chaos. Knowing how to “fill your cup” through the creative process and meditation can really help you cultivate a sense of peace. During this retreat, while practicing noble silence, you’ll learn about meditation through creating mandalas, guided meditation, silent meditation, and more. You’ll spend time crafting different types of mandalas: with objects, markers, pencils, and in other ways. Learn some lessons that the creative process and mandalas teach and walk away with the tools to find your peace in a distracted world.
