During this retreat, while practicing noble silence, you’ll learn about meditation through creating mandalas, guided meditation, silent meditation, and more. You’ll spend time crafting different types of mandalas: with objects, markers, pencils, and in other ways. Learn some lessons that the creative process and mandalas teach and walk away with the tools to find your peace in a distracted world.
Cynthia is a spiritual blogger, author, artist, and a McLean Meditation Institute Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher.
